In changing times - between seasons, womb phase transitions, life upheavals, transitions of any kind...
we often are so busy tending the essentials that we forget we can call on our herbal allies to support us, too.
Or I'll speak for myself.
I can forget to bring forward herbs I know would be deeply supportive for me in my own personal changing times, and maybe you can relate.
So, it can be helpful to remember some of the herbal categories that can support us to replenish, restore, calm, and cultivate resilience.
This is what I share about in today's medley episode.
First we explore restorative tonic herbs; then adaptogens, when you want to avoid them, core lifestyle pillars of stress resilience & even a little on nervines; and finally end speaking to bitters as far more than a digestive aid as they have multi-organ impact, including in the uterus!
I hope this feels like an inspiring resource that helps you choose a couple herbs that may be right for you in this season of the year or yourself.
