We are truly in the wake of the most liminal, in-between realms, time of the year.
And what would nearly all of our lineages have done at this time we have lost connection to?
Honor the dead. Our ancestors.
Those that came before us.
Those recently passed, those remembered, those long forgotten.
These practices of ancestral honoring are not new. Yes, they are trendy, but they are far from novel.
Every single thread of intact culture holds some relationship to the realm of spirit, and often an honoring practice (or many) to offer respect, care, tending and even healing to our ancestral lines.
We are the living embodiment of our ancestors
and finding practices that resonate with us that can help us honor that reality is the invitation I offer on today's medley episode.
You'll hear from Jillian Twisla as she shares about the potential and importance of ancestral womb lineage healing. Then you'll hear from me about finding and cultivating relationship with your womb lineage herbal traditions. And finally you'll hear some myth-telling of ancient stories from Healther Wolf.
I hope you find some glimmers of inspiration on how you might want to honor this most liminal of times these coming weeks.
