As herbalists or herb-curious folks, we're taught to avoid poisonous plants -- and with good reason!
They aren't plants to mess with. They can literally kill you.
But... what if there were ways to work with these poisonous plants safely?
Spoiler alert: There are!
And today's guest, Megan Desrosiers, speaks all about it.
As you might imagine, this is NOT physical plant medicine. This is more energetic, spirit level plant medicine.
According to Megan, it can be profoundly supportive and even transformational working with the energetic imprints of specific poisonous plants.
They can support "underworld journeys" facing the things many of us tuck away, and help us to release old patterns and even enhance ancestral lineage healing.
There's so much here, and we speak about plants like datura, foxglove, lady's slipper, lily-of-the-valley, poison ivy and more.
Whether or not this path calls to you, I hope this episode offers a glimpse into one way of exploring some of the shadow parts that can be keys to our greater healing journeys... and perhaps inspires you to go connect with a plant today (or soon), too.
