How can slowing down to "body time" support your healing process?
There is a HUGE difference between the speed of your mind/emotions and your body.
The mind moves quickly, and the emotions, while not as fast, are still far faster than the body itself.
So... what happens when you slow down to the rhythm of your body, your cycles, your womb, your tissues?
THIS is where healing happens.
When we move too quickly, we're forcing things. We can miss opportunities to receive the healing that's available for us.
And of course, this makes sense. We live in a world that is constantly requesting for us to be faster, do more, produce efficiently.
But the truth is, when we slow down, we can tune in, we can listen, we can hear our inner wisdom, we can receive nourishment and care and connection.
In today's episode, I share about a few different examples of body time.
Then I lead a 20 minute guided embodiment meditation to help you connect with your own personal wombspace time.
Slow, present, connected.
